Welcome to CMEA’s 20th year of the San Diego All-County Middle School Honor Band. This year our guest conductor is the Director of Bands at the University of San Diego, Dr. Jeffrey Malecki. Under his direction you can be assured that your students will become better musicians, while enjoying the process, and accomplishing great music in a short amount of time. This experience goes beyond just music education, with students coming together from all over the county and working toward a common goal. Students will take pride in a job well done, make new friends, and develop cooperative learning. This is something that they will carry with them for the rest of their lives.
