All registration fees are non-refundable after December 15, 2025. Details regarding cancellation are included in the registration form below.
*To qualify for the Retired or Collegiate Member registration fees, you must be a member of CAJ, CBDA, CCDA (ACDA), or CMEA (NAfME). If you are not a retired or collegiate member of one of these organizations, you must register as a Non-Member.  Membership will be verified.

Wednesday, January 14 ~ All-State Jazz ensemble rehearsals; Exhibitor move-in
Thursday, January 15 ~ 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM; registration is open 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday, January 16 ~ 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM; registration is open 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday, January 17 ~ 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM; registration is open 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Sunday, January 18 ~ 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM; registration closed
